strixx is a one-year-old startup building AI-driven automation solutions for incident and issue management in physical security and operations. Our mission is to improve situational awareness and decision-making by transforming unstructured incident reports into actionable, structured intelligence, from first report to resolution.
Working Student – AI & Automation
16–20 hours per week · Mostly remote
Tasks
- Experiment extensively with AI, especially Large Language Models (prompting, workflow orchestration, evaluations)
- Build and iterate on prototypes and AI-powered workflows
- Support customer projects with technical implementation
- Set up, operate, and continuously improve AI systems
- Design, maintain, and extend automations using n8n
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI, especially Large Language Models
- Hands-on experience with n8n and building automations
- Structured and systematic way of thinking and working
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Curious mindset and strong motivation to learn and build prototypes
- English is a must, German a plus
